On the Android CLI device streaming topic - you're right that attaching extra context to a skill is a solid pattern. The model cutoff problem is real, and giving a skill its own context window for reference material beats trying to train on everything.
The deep research angle is interesting too. Thirty minutes of actual research beats ten minutes of "I'm sure I remember correctly" every time. The slop problem is real, and defaulting to deep research workflows is a good antidote.

So, i could install it on my debian container on my chromebook. In that case, it will be installed as a native app and will just have it in my start menu. Now, I can control the remote desktop from my chromebook. I can press record, do terminal ninja shit or stuff in browser or whatever and afterwards, grok-bot will convert it into a skill that you are able to run from chat from now on.

Also, DDG, Bing, Google, etc. probably just use a Vector search on a RAG store on common keywords for their AI generations. You can kinda tell with the responses. It's a very limited small model and they likely cache a lot (and just output it slowly to make it seem generated just for you)
I can run gpt-oss:20b now on this server! 17 tokens per second. It's OK for tasks that do not have a deadline like most... But on the other hand, your server is on whole time. Also, the model again refused completely normal things. We use now qwen3.7 for most tasks here and have 24 fallback models.

Currently you have the control sticks doing that. The plus side is you can be safe && !bump into things this way. The treadmill thing would also serve that purpose. A confined space having you basically walk in place. Otherwise there are safety concerns for anything else.
