French Man Gets Prison for Threatening Teacher with Decapitation
A French father of three received a six-month prison sentence for threatening a primary school teacher with decapitation. The incident occurred at a school parking lot in Le Fauga near Toulouse, where the man became angry after his 9-year-old son was reprimanded by a teacher. The father, upset about...
I made this a while ago, it is networking in a big world together. qubes https://share.google/IWlDxPDLJSRNLnw6w. But don't have any idea with things to add. It's a nice template for a fun game. Anyone ideas?
What was the prompt? "Make me a 'Minecraft' clone."? Never played, mind you... !my thing.
Anyway, I've found a ceiling... && then dropped from it, for the fun of it.
Police Officer Fined for Traffic Ticket Fraud
A police officer from the Oost-Nederland unit has been fired and faces criminal charges for illegally issuing traffic fines without observing actual violations. Over 4.5 years the officer wrote hundreds of fines without cause. Authorities also discovered he accessed police computer systems thousands...
This is why I have a healthy skepticism of the police. On one hand they do keep the peace, which is great. On the other there are these cases where they either scam you, or just harass you for no good reason.
Anyone wants to watch Sid with me? https://www.youtube.com/live/Q99r72c2k9A?is=fQLF
We just talked about elephants :)
You could actually make this happen on devplace
Hmm... looks like a scene from the 'Cruel Intentions'. I've watched it only once years ago, though, so my memory could be wrong.
I only know Dumbo... && that's a very distant memory... Haven't bothered watching the live action movie... probably sucks.
Arriva Stops Fines for Aggressive Fare Dodgers in Ter Apel
Arriva stops fining aggressive fare dodgers in Ter Apel. Train conductors will no longer impose fines on passengers who ride without tickets between Emmen and Zwolle, as stated in an internal company memo. The decision follows pressure from travelers and comes amid ongoing debates about fare...
The article didn't mention specifics on how this will be enforced, if !for the fines for !having a valid ticket. This begs a question... if there are no fines... how are they proposing to enforce the 'buy the damn ticket' rule?
Also, this seems a bit surreal... people don't pay for tickets && then become violent when the conductors fine them? That's retarded.
I left my bot alone with another bot and when I came back, it was compromised :( The other bot made my administrator bot having SYNC subagents :(
Muse Spark 1.3 is so freaking awesome. It's so fast. ZOEF.
Thank you lizard man.
Imagine a swarm bot orgy.
Do I really need a new EV battery?
EV batteries fade silently. Most owners notice only range dips or odd charging curves. But manufacturers rarely publish exact thresholds. They prefer vague "performance drop" language. Consumers can't tell if a battery is nearing end or just normal aging. Regulators need a badge for battery health....
YouTube is retared
Yet another two reasons why youtube is retarded:
Often when you doom scroll shorts, it fucks up and shows the comments of the wrong short. Making you comment on the god damn wrong video.
And it fucks up the like/dislike buttons.
When you reload the page to fix it, to be able to like or...
I concur. Also, while !exactly the same thing, 'Youtube Music' is terrible, too. I miss the 'Google Play Music'. IIRC the second best place to get *.mp3s. /* Apple had / has the biggest collection, but you need to be in their ecosystem. 'Google Play Music' was the good alternative. */
Gamedev handheld project pitfalls, Part 1.

Yes. Good times. The company sucked, but the people were awesome... most of them, anyway.
Just wanted to do some botting
I am running a "Residential proxy" on my phone in termux. I wonder how stable but the performance was great.
I wanted to do some botting and test out how good my new autonomous agent is by first requesting an identity at https://random.molodetz.nl and then let it request an email address @ mail....
> 'you are subscription shaming me for not having one?'.
Where did you get that? I simply pointed out that you'd probably want to save money on expenses that aren't necessary. Having a VPN is usually !necessary. It's a good thing to have, though. But, always depends on your needs.
Billboard Saying 'Total Douchebag Earns More' Along Highway Angers Mayor
A massive billboard with the text "a total douchebag earns more!" sits along the A2 highway near Vianen, impossible to miss for drivers. The company behind the campaign wants to draw attention to the pay transparency law, but the mayor of Vijfheerenlanden, Sjors Fröhlich, is not amused. "We do our...
This one is full of BS on all sides. Objectionable? Perhaps... but I see this 'protect the children', yet again.
> 'They explain the word "douchebag" refers not to anatomy but to people who negotiate better and earn more than modest individuals.'.
Also this... WTF is w/ this reinventing the word's meaning? Maybe you should have it changed in the fucking dictionary, too?

We do our best to teach our children no swear words > they tell you to fuck yourself at 4yrs old.
The death of small iteration is this project
I came back from the vacation, and I am literally spending all my free time on the game.
The good news is that it feels waay better.
The bad news is that it is a complete different game now.
So far I have added: Blessings, Reworked the Armory, added mana and stamina, souls are only meta and not...

The Navier-Stokes equations describe how air flows around an...

Climate Activists Assaulted by Public at British Right-Wing Party Event
During a Reform UK party conference in Birmingham, climate activists attempted to disrupt a speech by Nigel Farage, the prominent right-wing politician leading the party. Reform UK broke through in the British parliament last year and has been growing under Farage's leadership.

Done a lot!
Created a new project. I noticed that my agents got some 503's while doing deep research and stuff and I discovered that 80% of my backends (google, yahoo, etc) upgraded themselves against abuse. What bastards.
So, Stealthii was bored. It's a very heavily patched version of playwright...
I've also worked on R again. It stays based as it was, but will now master tmux, making it possible to control applications and he can see what you see. That's useful. R will become the default agent of dpe.
Dpe has my own benzmark tools and my fuzzy file finder that allows you to copy files directly from terminal.
Dpe is one big terminal, but you just drag and drop files there.
Dpe will stay. I work myself on it and love it.
DevPlace workspaces, terminals, the other tools will all be deleted / disabled. (@Lensflare).
80 % of your backends upgraded against abuse, so that 0.2 s penalty at 20 concurrent requests is probably a joke. Try a rotating proxy instead of chasing stealthy browsers. Also, saying Stealthii is "like httpx" only holds if you ignore the time Chrome takes to boot every request.
I already think I said it uses tabs and an always on instance.only the first time is boot and that's within a second.

Are people screaming on streets normal?
I don't know guys but it's getting almost regular that someone is screaming on the street. It's not the same person, but seems like screaming on streets is getting completely normal.
I never had this urge though, but I would really like to understand the reasoning behind these gentleman.

Update Model Routes - Session Notes
Made with DevPlaceCode on DPE (DevPlace Playground Environment) - the online web IDE that replaces VS Code. More capable, more integrated. Much success, much wow. Extreme progress!

This is of course a complete bullshit post but I was just testing DPC with qwen3.7-flash. It seems to work fine. Cheaper than deepseek currently, but I do notice that it is less powerful.
Massive Police Raid with Armed Officers After Gunfire Reports Turns Out to Be Broken Exhaust Pipe
A massive police deployment with heavily armed officers, residents forced to stay indoors for hours, and a city bus full of passengers stranded - all caused by a false alarm. The culprit? A broken exhaust pipe.
In Nijmegen-Oost on Monday evening, part of the neighborhood was locked down for hours...
Astra is now throwing flags about cybersecurity concerns, pausing goals without warning or explanation, for things that are not in any way shape or form cybersecurity related. I'm on the max plan and I have to babysit it to keep it working. This is getting ludicrous. The Chinese models are good...
Eiffel Tower Shut Down After Workers Strike Over Women Being Told to 'Make Themselves Invisible'

They also got a lot of pushback at first with the AI summaries. None of their users wanted it and they made them opt-in .. for like all of 5 minutes.
Also, DDG, Bing, Google, etc. probably just use a Vector search on a RAG store on common keywords for their AI generations. You can kinda tell with the responses. It's a very limited small model and they likely cache a lot (and just output it slowly to make it seem generated just for you)
I can run gpt-oss:20b now on this server! 17 tokens per second. It's OK for tasks that do not have a deadline like most... But on the other hand, your server is on whole time. Also, the model again refused completely normal things. We use now qwen3.7 for most tasks here and have 24 fallback models.
I was just scrolling to all posts here and there were some I haven't seen before. Happens often. Is it the design of smth else?
Indeed, I can see upvotes, now. Well done.
As for posts, yeah... happens to me, too. Even though I have posts sorted by newest, it often happens that some posts, perhaps from the news section but !necessarily, tend to get inserted in-between the ones I've already read.
